Due to the nature of our herbal products and to maintain quality assurance and safety standards, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final.


Exceptions

1. Damaged or Defective Products

   - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately

   - Email photographic evidence to contact@happyfloow.com

   - Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

   - Verified claims will receive a replacement product


2. Unusable Products

   - 30-day return window for unusable products

   - Must provide proof of purchase

   - Returns must be pre-authorized via email

   - Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

   - Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions


Return Process

- All returns require prior authorization

- Email contact@happyfloow.com to initiate the return process

- Include your order number and reason for return

- Await confirmation before shipping any items back

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
